Statutes > New-york > Dom > Article-5-a > Title-3 > 77-m§ 77-m. Appeals. An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding under this title in accordance with article fifty-five of the civil practice law and rules and article eleven of the family court act and may be granted a preference in the discretion of the court to which the appeal is taken. Unless the court enters a temporary emergency order under section seventy-six-c of this article, the enforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child custody determination pending appeal.
