§ 2575-a. Transfer   of  certain  board  of  education  administrative  employees' to school clerical services of the board of education of  the  city  of  New York.   Notwithstanding any other provision of this law to  the contrary, any employee who has completed at least  twenty  years  of  continuous  board  of education administrative service, or other service  as a member of the board of  education  retirement  system,  and  having  accepted  appointment  to  the school clerical or pedagogical service of  the board of education of the city of New York, may continue  membership  in  the  board  of education retirement system and shall be permitted to  contribute to such system and receive credit for  services  rendered  to  the  school clerical or pedagogical service of the board of education of  the city of New York as if such service was education service.
