7902 - Practice of occupational therapy and use of title "occupational therapist".

§ 7902. Practice of occupational therapy and use of  title  "occupational  therapist". Only  a  person  licensed or otherwise  authorized  to  practice  under this article shall practice occupational  therapy or use the title "occupational therapist".
