§ 27-1420. Brownfield cleanup program report.    1. The commissioner, in consultation with the commissioner of taxation  and  finance, shall prepare on or before April thirtieth of each year, a  report concerning the brownfield  cleanup  program  which  contains  the  following information for the preceding fiscal year:    a.   the   number  of  requests  for  participation  received  by  the  department;    b. the number of remedial investigations commenced, and the number  of  remedial investigations completed;    c.  the  number  of requests for participation withdrawn or terminated  prior to issuance of certificate of completion;    d. for each request for participation that resulted in  a  certificate  of  completion, the length of time from the date the department received  the request, to the date the  commissioner  issues  the  certificate  of  completion;    e. the total number of certificates of completion issued; and    f.  such  other  information  as  the  commissioner  may  determine is  relevant to the status of the administration of the program.    2. Copies of this report shall  be  submitted  to  the  governor,  the  director  of  the  budget,  the  temporary  president of the senate, the  speaker of the assembly, the chair of the senate finance committee,  the  chair  of  the  assembly  ways  and  means  committee  and  the New York  brownfields advisory board.
