§ 27-2501. Definitions.    1.  As  used  in  this  title,  the  term "creosote" means a substance  obtained from the high temperature treatment of coal and  coal  tar  and  that is used primarily as a wood preservative.    2.  As  used  in  this  title,  the  term "marina" shall have the same  meaning as defined in section thirty-three-c of the navigation law.
