§ 71-1203. Penalties.    Any  person  who violates the provisions of article twenty-two of this  chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed  ten  thousand  dollars  for  each  day  during which such violation occurred; provided,  however, that the total penalty to  be  imposed  shall  not  exceed  one  million dollars.
