Statutes > New-york > Exc > Article-6-g > 160-iii§ 160-iii. Insurance premiums. Nothing in this article or in the provisions of the workers' compensation law pertaining to coverage of livery drivers under this article shall be construed as limiting the discretion of the state insurance fund, in providing coverage to the New York independent livery driver benefit fund, inc., in choosing a premium basis, rating plan or setting a rate to cover the risk posed by insuring such fund.
