§  391-f.  Promotion  of private schools by certain organizations.  1.  Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business, for profit,  of  promoting either private schools, as that term is defined in subdivision  one  of  section  fifty  hundred  one  of  the  education law or private  business schools as that term is defined in subdivision one  of  section  fifty  hundred  two  of  such law shall, in any publication, circular or  advertisement making such promotion disclose the fact that such  person,  firm  or  corporation  has  or  reasonably  expects  to receive monetary  compensation for such promotion.    2. If any promotion as specified in subdivision one hereof  represents  that  any  of  such  schools meet standards established therefor, then a  copy of the standards of inspection and of the inspection report must be  supplied by the promoter upon request.
