§  579.  Violation a misdemeanor; injunction. 1. Any person or trading  stamp company violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of  a misdemeanor punishable by  a  fine  of  not  more  than  five  hundred  dollars.    2.  The  supreme court of this state shall have jurisdiction in equity  on the complaint of the attorney general  to  restrain  and  enjoin  the  violation of any provisions of this article.
