§ 69-b. Definitions. For the purposes of this article:    1.  The  term  "child labor" shall be defined as employment of persons  under sixteen years of age.    2. The term "factory" shall  be  defined  as  provided  in  the  first  sentence of paragraph nine of section two of the labor law. Goods, wares  and  merchandise  shall  be  deemed to be manufactured or produced for a  factory if labor, other than that incident to agriculture or farming, be  done for a factory at any place  upon  its  work  or  upon  any  of  the  materials   entering   into  its  product,  whether  under  contract  or  arrangement with any person in charge of or connected with such  factory  directly  or  indirectly  through one or more contractors or other third  persons.    3. The term "industrial home work" shall be  defined  as  provided  in  section three hundred fifty of the labor law.    4.  The  term "employment" shall be defined as permitting or suffering  another to work.    5. The term "notice" shall  be  deemed  to  include,  but  not  to  be  confined to, information derived from a label affixed to goods, wares or  merchandise or to any package, container, crate or unit of rolling stock  in which the same are contained.
