§ 110. Definitions. As used in this article: 1. The  term  "state moneys" shall include moneys paid by the state to  the county pursuant to  section  one  hundred  twelve  and  one  hundred  twelve-a  of  this  chapter and any other moneys appropriated by law for  the purposes specified in section one hundred fourteen of this chapter; 2. The term "county superintendent of highways" shall  include  county  engineer or other officer  performing  similar  duties  to  county  superintendent in counties having no superintendent of highways.
