§  212.  Report  on healthy New York program. The superintendent shall  order a study of the healthy New York program  established  pursuant  to  sections  four thousand three hundred twenty-six and four thousand three  hundred  twenty-seven  of  this  chapter  including  an  examination  of  employer  participation,  an  income  profile  of  covered employees and  qualifying individuals, claims experience, and the impact of the program  on the uninsured population. The study shall be completed and  a  report  submitted  by  January first, two thousand two, and annually thereafter,  to the governor, the superintendent,  the  temporary  president  of  the  senate and the speaker of the assembly.
