§  4403. Registration. (a) The trustees of every employee welfare fund  shall register such fund with the superintendent within three months  of  commencing  to  do business in this state. Such registration shall be in  such  form  and  shall  contain  such  information   relating   to   the  organization,  operations  and affairs of such fund as may be prescribed  by the superintendent.    (b) If it is found  that  the  conditions  which  originally  required  registration  with  the superintendent have ceased to exist and that new  conditions exist which would not require the registration of an employee  welfare  fund  with  either  the  superintendent   of   banks   or   the  superintendent  of  insurance, then the superintendent of insurance may,  on application of  the  trustees  or  on  his  own  motion,  cancel  the  registration of such fund.
