Statutes > New-york > Isc > Article-74 > 7420§ 7420. Annual report. The superintendent shall transmit to the legislature in his annual report the names of all insurers proceeded against under this article together with such facts as shall acquaint the policyholders, creditors, shareholders, and the public with all proceedings. To that end the special deputy superintendent in charge of any such insurer shall file annually with the superintendent a report of the affairs of such insurer.
