§ 267. Certificates of appointment of clerks of the appellate division  in  third  and fourth departments.   A certificate of the appointment of  each of the clerks specified in this section shall  be  filed  with  the  comptroller of the state:    1.  A  certificate  of  the  appointment  of each of the clerks of the  appellate division in the third and fourth departments,  signed  by  the  presiding  justice  of  the  judicial department for which said clerk is  appointed.    2. A certificate of the appointment of the deputy clerks in the  third  and  fourth  departments  and  the  consultation  clerk  in  the  fourth  department, signed by the justices of said respective departments.
