* §  212.  Rules and regulations relating to park. The use of Bethpage  park shall be subject to the rules and regulations of  the  commissioner  of parks and recreation and the commission, as provided in the parks and  recreation  law,  in  the same manner as if such property were a park or  parkway  in  the  ninth  park  region  under  the  jurisdiction  of  the  commissioner  of  parks  and  recreation;  provided,  however,  that the  commissioner of parks and recreation and the commission  shall  have  no  authority  to  alter or change any of the facilities hereby placed under  the authority or do anything which  will  impair  the  security  of  the  bondholders  or  violate limitations contained in any agreement with the  bondholders.    * NB (Abolished in 1975)
