§  2333.  Limitation  of  liability.  Except  for  acts of omission or  commission, with a specific intent to defraud, neither  the  members  of  the  authority,  nor  any  person  or  persons acting in its behalf, and  within the scope of their authority, shall be subject  to  any  personal  liability  resulting  from  the  issuance  of  any notes or bonds of the  authority; from the erection, construction, reconstruction,  maintenance  or  operation  of  any  project;  or from carrying out any of the powers  expressly given in this title.
