§  265-d. Members. 1. The members of the funding and ethics committees  shall serve without compensation, but shall be entitled to reimbursement  for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance  of  their  official  duties. Such members, except as otherwise provided by law, may  engage in private employment, or in a profession or business.    2. The provisions of section seventeen  of  the  public  officers  law  shall apply to members of the committees.    3.  The  provisions  of article seven of the public officers law shall  apply to meetings of the funding and ethics committees.
