§  2104.  Communicable  diseases;  municipalities  within  a county or  part-county health district; duty to report.  1. The health  officer  of  each  city,  village,  town and consolidated health district included as  part of any county or part-county health district, shall transmit  daily  all  original reports of communicable disease cases to the county health  commissioner.    2. The county health commissioner shall transmit to the department the  original reports of communicable disease cases within twenty-four  hours  after he receives them.    3.  In  lieu thereof, he may submit summary reports when authorized by  the department.
