§  2326.  Houses of prostitution; injunction; dismissal; costs against  plaintiff.  If an action instituted pursuant to the provisions  of  this  article,  is  brought  by  any person or association and the court finds  there were not reasonable grounds or cause for said action the costs may  be taxed against such person or association.
