§ 2711. New York state kidney disease institute; organization.  1. The  New  York  state  kidney  disease institute is hereby created within the  department of health. 2. The commissioner shall appoint a director of the institute and  may  employ  such  assistants and personnel, within the amounts appropriated,  as is necessary to carry out the provisions of this article.
