§ 187.05 Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree. A  person  is guilty of residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree  when he or she commits residential mortgage fraud. Residential  mortgage  fraud  in  the  fifth  degree  is  a  class A  misdemeanor.
