Statutes > New-york > Rco > Article-1 > 2-a§ 2-a. Application. This chapter applies (a) to every corporation heretofore or hereafter formed under this chapter, and (b) to every corporation formed under any other statute or special act of this state which would, if it were to be formed currently under the laws of this state, be formed under this chapter, and (c) to every corporation formed under laws other than the statutes of this state which is authorized to conduct or which conducts activities in this state and which would, if it were to be formed currently under the laws of this state, be formed under this chapter.
