§  151. Penalty for cashing public assistance checks.  No person, firm  or corporation licensed under the provision of  the  alcoholic  beverage  control  law  to  sell  liquor  at  retail shall cash or accept, for any  purpose whatsoever, any public  assistance  check  issued  by  a  public  welfare  official  or  department  as  and  for  public  assistance.   A  violation of the provisions of this section for the first offense  shall  be  punishable  by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars.  A second offense  shall constitute sufficient cause for the  revocation,  cancellation  or  suspension  of  such  license  issued pursuant to the alcoholic beverage  control law.
