§ 258. Quarterly estimates; state reimbursement. 1. In accordance with  regulations  of  the  department,  each  social  services district shall  submit  to  the  department  quarterly  estimates  of  its   anticipated  expenditures for services for the aged, blind or disabled.    2.  Expenditures  made by social services districts for services under  this title shall be subject to reimbursement by the state in  accordance  with  and  to  the extent authorized by section one hundred fifty-three,  and any applicable provisions  of  law  which  limit  reimbursement  for  social  services  or authorize the allocation of funds for such services  among the districts.
