§ 390-f.  Report  on  child  care  insurance.  The commissioner of the  office  of  children  and  family  services  in  consultation  with  the  superintendent   of   insurance,   shall   undertake   a  study  of  the  availability, accessibility, and affordability of insurance policies  to  child  care providers. The study shall include, but not be limited to, a  review of homeowner insurance policies and  health  insurance  policies.  The  study  shall  be  completed  and  a  report submitted no later than  January first, two thousand nine, to the governor, the  commissioner  of  the  office  of children and family services, the temporary president of  the senate and the speaker of the assembly.
