§ 92-p. Voting machine and system examination fund. 1. There is hereby  established  in  the  joint  custody  of  the  state comptroller and the  commissioner of taxation and finance, a special fund to be known as  the  "voting machine and system examination fund".    2.  Such  fund shall consist of moneys collected by the state board of  elections pursuant to the provisions of subdivision one of section 7-201  of the election law.    3. Moneys of the fund  shall  be  available  to  the  state  board  of  elections  for  purposes of carrying out the provisions of section 7-201  of the election law.    4. The moneys shall be paid out of the fund on the audit  and  warrant  of  the comptroller on vouchers certified or approved by the chairperson  of the board or his or her duly designated officer.
