* §   92-w.   Customer  owned  currency  operated  telephones  (COCOT)  enforcement fund. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of  the department of public service and the  state  comptroller  a  special  fund  to  be  known  as the "COCOT enforcement fund". The moneys in such  fund  shall  be  available  for  payment  of  any  and  all  costs   and  expenditures  incurred  in  performing  any  of  the  work  required  in  enforcement of sections ninety and ninety-two-c of  the  public  service  law and rules issued pursuant to such sections.    2.  Moneys in the COCOT enforcement fund shall be kept separately from  and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in the joint  or  sole  custody of the state comptroller or the department of public service.    3.  The COCOT enforcement fund shall consist of the moneys required to  be deposited therein pursuant to the provisions of subdivision eleven of  section ninety-two-c of the public service law.    4. The moneys in such fund shall be appropriated  by  the  legislature  and  paid  out for the purpose of performing any of the work required to  enforce sections ninety and ninety-two-c of the public service  law  and  the rules issued pursuant to such sections.    * NB There are 2 § 92-w's
