Statutes > New-york > Stf > Article-6 > 97-fff* § 97-fff. Hudson River park fund. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a special fund to be known as the Hudson River park fund. 2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys paid thereto pursuant to appropriations and all moneys credited to or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law. Any interest earned by the investment of money in such fund shall be added to such fund, become a part of such fund, and be used for the purpose of such fund. 3. Moneys of the fund, following appropriation by the legislature and allocation by the director of the budget, shall be available for the purpose of funding expenses of the Hudson River park, including operating expenses, capital projects and/or debt service in connection thereto. * NB There are 2 § 97-fff's
