The commissioner shall establish and implement a comprehensive pilot program to review and study internet, and other technologies as approved by the commissioner, as a training method for the administration and completion of an approved accident prevention course for the purposes of granting point and insurance premium reduction benefits. * NB Repealed five years after the date that the accident prevention course internet, and other technology pilot program is established and implemented by the commissioner of motor vehicles pursuant to article 12-C of the vehicle and traffic law
