§ 239.  Representation  before  the  board.  Any  person,  firm,  or  corporation  licensed  by  the  board  under  section  twenty-four-a  or  subdivision three-b of section fifty shall be deemed to be authorized to  appear in behalf of claimants or self insured employers, as the case may  be, in contested disability claims under this article.
