§ 10B‑108.  Fees forregistration.

The fee payable to theSecretary for registering or reregistering as an electronic notary is fiftydollars ($50.00), which shall be in addition to the fee required in G.S. 10B‑13.All funds received by the Secretary under this section shall be deposited intothe General Fund. (2005‑391,s. 4.)
