§ 10B‑69.  Officialforms cured.

(a) The notarialcertificate contained in a form issued by a State agency prior to October 1,2006, is deemed to be a valid certificate provided the certificate compliedwith the law at the time the form was issued.

(b) The notarizationusing a certificate under subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed validif executed in compliance with the law at the time the form was issued. (2006‑59, s. 24.)
