§ 106‑567.1. Refund of milk product assessments.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, on and afterJanuary 1, 1982, a milk producer shall be entitled to receive a monthly refundof assessments paid by him by making written demand in the first month of eachcalendar quarter upon the association receiving such assessment.
