§ 113A‑196. Enforcement of collection.

The Secretary of Revenue shall enforce collection of the primary forestproduct assessment in accordance with the remedies and  procedures contained inArticle 9 of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes. (1977, c. 573, s. 8.)
