Ā§ 116‑33.1.Ā  Boardof trustees to permit recruiter access.

If a board of trustees provides access to its buildings and campus andthe student information directory to persons or groups which make studentsaware of occupational or educational options, theĀ  board of trustees shallprovide access on the same basis to official recruiting representatives of themilitary forces of the State and ofĀ  the United States for the purpose ofinforming students of educational and career opportunities available in the military.(1981, c. 901, s. 3.)
