§ 120‑10.1.  Contestinga seat.

Except as otherwise providedby rules of the house, a contest of the qualifications as a candidate orelection of a member of the House of Representatives or the Senate underArticle II, Section 20 of the Constitution shall be conducted in accordancewith the provisions of this Article. (2005‑3, s. 2.)
