§122C‑209. Voluntary admissions acceptance.
Nothing contained in Parts 2through 5 of this Article requires a private physician or private facility toaccept an individual as a client for examination or treatment. Examination ortreatment at a private facility or by a private physician is at the expense ofthe individual to the extent that charges are not disposed of by contractbetween the area authority and private facility.
