§ 127A‑41.2.  Operationof post exchanges.

(a) The North CarolinaNational Guard is authorized to operate post exchanges.

(b) The North CarolinaNational Guard is authorized to enter into agreements with the Army & AirForce Exchange Service to operate post exchanges.  (2007‑60, s. 2; 2009‑281,s. 1.)
