Ā§127B‑7.Ā  Penalties.

Any dealer who violates theprovisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.Ā  Inaddition, any dealer convicted of violating this Article shall be ineligiblefor a dealer's permit for a period of three years from the date of conviction.Ā Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
