§ 130A‑309.116. (Effective July 1, 2009, and expiring October 1, 2023) Authority to adoptordinances.

A county, or a unit of localgovernment that is delegated authority to do so by the county, may adoptordinances it deems necessary in order to implement this Part.  (2008‑136, s. 1.)
