§130A‑378.  Qualifications and appointment of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The Chief Medical Examinershall be a forensic pathologist certified by the American Board of Pathologyand licensed to practice medicine. The Chief Medical Examiner shall be appointedby the Secretary. (1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
