§130A‑401.  Postmortem examinations in certain medical schools.

The postmortem examinationsand studies authorized by G.S. 130A‑399 may be made in the laboratoriesof medical schools of colleges and universities on conditions established bythe administrator. (1943, c. 87, s. 2; 1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
