§ 130A‑453.05. Qualifications for certification of individuals and firms.

To be certified under thisArticle, a person must meet the qualification requirements set by theCommission. Qualification requirements include education, training, experience,the successful completion of an examination, and payment of any applicable fee.(1997‑523, s. 1.)
