§ 130A‑494.  Otherprohibitions.

Nothing in this Articlerepeals any other law prohibiting smoking, nor does it limit any law allowingregulation or prohibition of smoking on walkways or on the grounds ofbuildings. (2007‑193,ss. 1, 3.2.)
