§ 136‑44.7A.  Submissionof secondary roads construction programs to State agencies.

When the Department ofTransportation proposes to pave an unpaved secondary road that crosses landcontrolled by a State agency, the Department of Transportation shall obtain theapproval of that State agency before paving that secondary road. (1996,2nd Ex. Sess., c. 18, s. 19.7.)
