§14‑411.  Sale deemed made at site of delivery.

In case of sale or purchase ofpyrotechnics, where the delivery thereof was made by a common or other carrier,the sale shall be deemed to be made in the county wherein the delivery was madeby such carrier to the consignee. (1947, c. 210, s. 2.)
