§14‑415.20.  No liability of sheriff.

A sheriff who issues orrefuses to issue a permit to carry a concealed handgun under this Article shallnot incur any civil or criminal liability as the result of the performance ofthe sheriff's duties under this Article. (1995, c. 398, s. 1.)
