§ 143B‑136.1.  Department of Health and HumanServices – creation.

There is created a department to be known as the "Department ofHealth and Human Services," with the organization, duties, functions, andpowers defined in this Article and other applicable provisions of law. (1997‑443, s. 11A.3.)
