§ 143B‑260.  Departmentof Correction – creation.

There is hereby created andestablished a department to be known as the Department of Correction with theorganization, powers, and duties hereafter defined in the ExecutiveOrganization Act of 1973. (1973, c. 1262, s. 2.)
